We are Cincinnati's original Buck's Barbecue. We started in the historic Findlay Market in 2010 as an outside vendor. We set ourselves apart from the other barbecue vendors by being the only one to offer an authentic North Carolina style sauce. Now, we also offer your choice of sweet Kansas City style and K.C. Bold Sauce. All of our sauces, sides, breads, pickles and desserts are made in our kitchen. We are pleased to share our signature recipes for carryout or catering.
